on 12 pcs Christmas muffins
120 g butter
4 eggs
Sugar 120 g
2 tbsp honey
150 g flour
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp dry ginger
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
few buds of clove
a pinch of salt
70 g candied ginger
70 g of dried cranberries
150 g of dark chocolate
150 ml whipping cream
+ White chocolate for decoration
Prepare the dough: Beat soft butter with sugar. Add one egg. Continuing to beat add the sifted flour with baking powder, spices and salt. Knead the dough. In the dough add candied fruit and cranberries. Mix.
In a baking dish put on parchment paper muffin liners, put the dough in the form of 2/3 volume and put in a preheated 180 ° C oven and bake for about 25 minutes - until the top will be golden.
Cool down.
Grind chocolate on the blender or hands. In a saucepan heat the cream, bringing almost to a boil remove from heat.
Pour the chocolate to the cream and stir until it dissolves.
A little cool down the ganache.
Cover muffins with cream, grate the white chocolate and decorate muffins.
Let stand for an hour in the fridge, and you can bring to the table!
