Овощной штрудель - Vegetable strudel

Привет , друзья! Сегодня у меня ремейк для вас! Вкусный и очень простой пирог/штрудель который может быть как веганским так и вегетарианским) Все на ваше усмотрение! Пирог проверен годами, так что смело рекомендую:

Hallo, my friends! Today I am having a remake for you! Tasty and truly simple pie / strudel which can be both vegan and vegetarian) It's all up to you! Pie has proven itself over the years, so I boldly recommend it:
Per 6 servings:
1 glass of flour
pinch of salt
3 tbsp of olive oil
2-3 tbsp of water
800 gr of chopped vegetables to your taste
1 tsp pf herbs
salt and peper to your taste
100 gr of any cheese / vegans can use tofu
100 gr of bread crumbles / nuts
2-3 tbsp of olive oil
Butter / milk / yolk / water for brushing the strudel.
For the dough you put all of the ingredients together, mix the dough and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
For stuffing pour oil over the frying pan and add all of the diced vegetables. Poach them for 5-7 minutes. Add spices and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Cook on medium heat until vegetables are soft and ready and water boils away. Add salt, pepper, crumbles and grated cheese.
Roll out the dough on parchment as thin as possible, then starch it a lit bit with your hands, but be careful not to tear. Put vegetables on the dough, leave 3 sm on each side and fold side on top of stuffing. Roll up the strudel roll and turn seam side down, brush with yolk or your variant. Add some sesame seeds on top. Cook in preheated up to 200C oven for 35-40 minutes until golden crust appears.
Wait until it completely cools down and now you can cut it. I did not wait long enough, so you can see that the cut-off is not too clean on the photo.
