Добрый день! В соц сетях этот кекс вызвал бурную реакцию , так что знаю что многие из вас ждали этот вкусный нарядный кекс. Очень вкусный, ароматный, напоминает паннетоне или кулич - праздничная сдоба для любимых :
[english version]Good day! In social networks this cake caused a stormy reaction, so I know that many of you have been waiting for this delicious dinky cake. Very tasty, flavored, reminiscent of panettone or Easter cake - holiday baking for loved ones:
for a cake 24 cm
400-450 g flour
1 packet of dry yeast (intended for 500g of flour) or 40 g fresh yeast
1 tsp of sugar
100 ml + 200 ml warm milk
zest of 1 orange
120 g sugar
200 g butter
100 g chopped chocolate
100 g raisins
100 g of cranberries/dried apricots
100 g of candied fruits
100 g peanuts + handful for sprinkling
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp of gingerbread spices (clove, nutmeg, allspice, cardamom, ginger)
1 tsp vanilla extract
frosting or white chocolate for sprinkling the finished cake
Mix 100 ml of warm milk with 1 tsp of sugar and yeast, add 1 tbsp of flour, stir slightly and put for 30-40 minutes to a warm place.
Sift flour with spices, add sugar and mix well. Make a pit and pour in it the yeast mixture, add room temperature egg, milk and melted (and cooled) butter. Stir until the ingredients will blend together. Add zest, chocolate, nuts and dried fruits. Mix well and knead for 4-5 minutes. You’ll get sticky and at first glance watery dough - but resist the temptation and do not add the flour)))
Cover the bowl with food film and put the dough to a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Put the dough in a greased cake pan, cover with food film and leave for another 40-60 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Put the cake pan with the dough into the oven for 1 hour (maybe more - check with a toothpick), keep an eye on a top - once it gets too dark - better cover it with a foil to not burnt the cake.
The ready cake cool down in the cake pan then gently remove.
Pour the top of the cake with frosting (icing) or chocolate. Decorate with nuts and dried fruits at will.

The cake is kept in a container for 4-7 days.
